Спасибо, Ларуш! Баклажаны я очень люблю. Но самые вкусные всегда делала мама - она их запекала на открытом пламени, и они пахли дымком, а мякоть была белоснежной. Здесь такое пЕкло, что об открытом пламени я уже даже не мечтаю...
