Thank you very much for trying my recipe and for the amazing presentation of my Cheesy Muffins! Тутманик in Bulgarian is a breakfast cheese bread. Usually is baked in a big tray and after that cut in squares. But I like it baked in small forms, because has more crust in that way and of course - bakes faster. Somebody was asking, can it be baked i one big Тутманик. :) Yes, it can, but a little bit longer, like you have said. There is not gonna be any difference in taste. Just small ones are cuter! :)
