Thank you, Lara! Oh my god! I am embarrassed :) ... I am such a beginner in comparison to you, both in cooking and in blogging :)
This is my blog: http://myeclectica.wordpress.com/ - in the future it's meant to be an eclectic collection of posts referring to different little passions I have (cooking, photography, painting, traveling, philosophical mistycism etc.) So far I have only 3 articles, 2 of them are in section "MyCookery" (in Romanian), and one in section "MyPhotography" where I present my photography-blog and I talk about one of my newest passions (in English), but I am a real beginner there too... :)
Although photography is my passion, I have terrible photos of the food I cook... my problem is that I have no time for cooking during the day, therefore I am cooking in the evening after office, usually food is ready when it is already dark while the lighting in my kitchen/living room is not sufficient for quality photography :( ... I always wondered who takes pictures of your food? Are you do it yourself or you have a professional to help you? - your photographs look really great! :)
Regarding blogging, I perfectly understand you, all this rules are annoying to me too... Before starting blogging I just made a deep research and worldpress.com seemed to be the best option (but don't ask me why, cos I don't remember anymore) - and so far I am happy with it - but to be sincere I have no comparison degree with other blogs/journals, cos I never used one before. For photography a friend of mine, semi-professional in this field, recommended the smugmug.com (it has an yearly fee).
Do you have a facebook account? My fb account is the link under my name in "From:" here above this message :)
